At The Teaching Team we believe that continuity counts! We work directly with both inner city and county Leicestershire schools. It is our strong belief that schools and children benefit from having the same supply teachers, nursery nurses, cover supervisors, unqualified teachers and teaching assistants on a regular basis.
In order for us to keep continuity for your children it will be our main aim to make sure you have the supply staff you want!
Above all we want both our office team and supply team to get to know each school on a professional but more importantly on a personal level which will allow us to supply your school with the staff that are right for you.
We do not believe that it benefits any child to have a number of different supply staff in their classrooms, we will therefore make sure your school and children get to know a small group of our team so the children see the same faces regularly.
